 1, Sets up regional business development strategy and works out the business plans to achieve regional business goal in close alignment with national marketing strategy.


 2, Monitors and supervises KAMs, Logistic specialist and MSL to develop and implement their plan make sure standard Car-T treatment sites build-up and benefit more patients.


 3, Controls the regional budget, ensures the expense is used effectively.


 4, Recruits qualified personnel, creates a high-performance culture and engaging work environment that motivates potentials to plan a long-term career with Fosunkite and develops qualified talent pipelines to meet requests of team growth and change.


 5, Conducts performance management and development dialogues with subordinates, improves employee’s performance and engagement by coaching. executes performance improvement plans when necessary.


 6, Improves product-related process in hospital and between hospital and distributors.


 7, Establishes and maintains important relationships with academic leaders through regular visits and cooperative projects.


 8, Maintain good communications with cross functions and headquarter.


 1,At least 5 years management experience in MNC. 

 2,Have successful experiences in team build up and business development.   

 3,Good presentation and communication skills. 

 4,Ability to build productive work-relationships both internally and externally.

 5,Passionate and innovative.

 6,Experience in Oncology area is a plus.
